Ashley is the founder of PRS IM, a real estate services and technology company focused on the private residential sector. He has been involved in several build-to-rent transactions for private, institutional, and government clients, as well as providing property and portfolio management services. Ashley has had a long and distinguished career in the property industry and has worked on some of the world's largest development projects across Asia and Europe. Prior to establishing PRS IM, Ashley was the principal architect behind Colliers International’s rapid growth in the Asian Project Marketing industry. Ashley spent years at Colliers International in Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong and London and was Head of UK Residential & Managing Director – International Properties Asia.

Pedro, with extensive experience in international banking across countries like Spain, Mexico, and Chile, is the founder of Peñalara Financial Strategies, a Spanish company that's been helping overseas investors with their investments in Spain since 2018. In addition to his background in Markets and his wide network of contacts across Europe and Latin America, he has been a registered solicitor with the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid since 1996. This solid grounding, both financial and legal, has allowed him to secure the best assets for his clients to invest in Spain, along with the most advantageous legal and tax structure, obtaining the best bank and non-bank financing.

Felipe is a Commercial Engineer with an MBA in International Management and over 30 years of experience in corporate banking, structured finance, and business development across Latin America. He has held senior roles at leading financial institutions including Banco Santander, Banco Itaú, and Banco Security, advising corporate clients on complex, high-value financing structures such as syndicated and bilateral lending. Known for his strategic thinking, integrity, and results-oriented approach, he brings deep financial expertise and cultural understanding to help clients identify high-quality investment opportunities that align with their long-term goals.
